Pick the right appointment
Pick based on how your freight is loaded. Both pages draw from the same dock, so any time you can see is a time you can have, confirmed the moment you book.
30 minute slot
Palletized or Pickup
Every 30 minutes, 8:00am to 4:00pm Central
- Palletized inbound deliveries, LTL and full truckload
- Outbound pickups
- Amazon and Walmart partnered carrier pickups
- Your slot is an arrival window. Plan on 45 to 90 minutes at the dock
2 hour block
Floor Loaded or Container
8:00, 10:00, 12:00 and 2:00 Central
- Floor-loaded trailers, hand unload
- Ocean containers and drayage
- A full 2 hour live unload block
- No need to call ahead. Just book it
What you will need
Have this ready before you start. The booking form asks for all of it.
- Your name and an email address for the confirmation
- Carrier or company name
- Whether it is an INBOUND delivery or a PICKUP
- The client or brand the freight belongs to
- PO, ASN, or reference number
- Pallet count, or an estimated carton count if floor loaded
Dock rules
A few things that keep the day moving.
- Arrive within your window. Drivers more than 30 minutes late may be worked in as time allows.
- Bring a legible BOL or packing list. Freight without paperwork gets held.
- Book the right page. A floor-loaded trailer will not clear in a 30 minute window, and booking the wrong one puts the whole day behind.
- Need to cancel or move? Use the links in your confirmation email.
Small parcel couriers on a regular daily route (UPS, USPS, DHL) do not need an appointment.
Something not fitting the schedule?
Oversized loads, after-hours delivery, or a carrier problem in progress.
